Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Brad The Dog Walker Booking in Advance: Please book your service at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may be accommodated based on availability—please contact us directly. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please call 719-322-8813 to cancel your service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you are not present or accessible at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged. Weather Policy: Services will continue in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule. Pet Requirements: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and non-aggressive. Please inform us of any special needs, medications, or behavioral issues in advance. Access: For drop-in visits or poop scooping, please ensure we have access to your yard or home as needed. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed.
